Obudu Mountain Resort is a holiday ranch located high up on the Obudy Plateau in Nigeria. Known for its temperate weather conditions, beautiful mountain ranges, and scenic view, this would be the perfect place for a natural getaway or family vacation.
It was first developed in 1951, but has undergone heavy maintenance and reworking to make it a perfect getaway for locals and tourists alike. Greens predominate this development in the northeastern part of Cross River State of Nigeria, approximately 110 kilometres (68 mi) east of the town of Ogoja. It is about 30 minutes drive from Obudu town. Charter air services are also available to the Bebi Airport which lies between the village of Obudu and the resort.
The ranch has recently seen an influx of tourist both from Nigeria and abroad because of the development of tourist facilities in the ranch by Cross-River State Government. This has in turn made the ranch one of the most well known holiday and tourist resort centers in Nigeria.
