I know people who live, eat and sleep peanuts, so this recipe would definitely be a treat for them. If you are one of those incurable peanut junkies, then cheer up; we are cooking some peanuts today!
You will need cassava leaves, but practically any vegetables will do. you will also need some palm oil if available, but you can substitute this with any kind of cooking oil. You will need some meat, a cup of peanut butter, greens, cayenne pepper and salt.
On one cooker, bring greens to boil. On another cooker, sauté the meat. When the greens are ready, put them in the pot containing the meat. Add the peanut butter and other ingredients, and stir. Simmer until ready to serve.
Simple as that!
