Noel Birungi was born, raised, and still lives in Uganda. Her deep love for Africa is borne out her home village and the reason she has created this line. A single mother of three she is the proprietor of Birungi designs. Birungi designs creates beautiful pieces but also works with groups of young and vulnerable teenage girls and women. They help them to develop sewing skills so as to become independent and support their family. Their passion is breathes life in the designs to create fun clothing in new styles and prints, that you will enjoy wearing as much as we emjoyed making them.
