In Africa sharing a tasty meal is a celebration.  In this spirit, New York City is holding African Restaurant Week from April 27th to May 4th.

Various restaurants in New York will be participating in the Restaurant Week.  The best part is that you might spend only $25 for a three course meal in all participating restaurants!  Patrons will also get to experience African culture and entertainment.

On April 29th a charity event which will be held by the Edible Bazaar Benefit at Suit 36 Restaurant and Lounge.  This will be the highlight of the week, and just by dining and dancing you get to make a valuable contribution to the Keep A Child Alive and The Alliance of Hope for Lupus Organizations.
