It would probably be a fair assessment to say that most people who plan to travel to East Africa plan to visit Kenya or Tanzania because they plan to go on safari, and those who plan to visit Uganda primarily go for the mountain gorillas.
A Ugandan TV show hopes to give everyone new reasons to visit the country. Produced by The Pearl Guide Uganda and set to air on NTV, “Discover Uganda” is going to offer the country up to viewers like it has never before been seen. “Uganda is one of the most beautiful and varied countries on the planet, a land of captivating contrasts. Kaleidoscopic landscapes paint the countryside, vast tracts of mind-numbing untouched wilderness enthrall the discerning and a people oozing with art, passion and flavour transcend the nation.”
The show is set to be hosted by Kemiyondo Coutinho and Mosha Danze and will premiere on November 3rd, 2014 showcasing 10 lesser known holiday destinations in Uganda.
