Back to the recipe  Jamaican Jerk Chicken Stew and rice.

You will need the following ingredients:

2 tbs olive oil

1 Cup of Rice

1 o1 nion, chopped

Chicken Oysters

4 tsp Schwartz Perfect Shake Jamaican Jerk Herb & Spice Blend

1 green pepper, diced

4 tbs tomato puree

425g tin pineapple chunks in natural juice

Method:

Prepare all ingredients.

Mix the spice with olive oil, creating a paste.

Coat the chicken oysters with the paste.

Shallow fry oysters in a cooking pot.

Once brown add the other ingredients and cook on medium heat for 40 minutes or until chicken is nice and tender.

For the Rice:

For one cup of basmati rice, add two cups of water. Bring to the boil, cover and slow cook.
