Located in Olare Motorogi Private Conservancy – in the Maasai Mara area, Mahali Mzuri offers a unique safari experience of the luxury tented camp.
The Mahali Mzuri which loosely translates to a “Nice Place” lets you enjoy an unforgettable wildlife safari, luxury accommodation, guided game drives, fun activities, delicious meals and many more. They have also just initated a “free for kids” stay to incite families to incite families to stay.
Here’s a breakdown of what to expect from Mahali Mzuri tented camp:
This year Mahali Mzuri rates will be US$1,280 per night for a family tent. This caters for two adults and one to two children sharing. These rates will run until 21st December 2015 but excluding July and August. According to Mahali Mzuri, you will be able to access the following when you book the above the package:
a) Accommodation in the family tent or two tents
b) Return transport from Mara North airstrip
c) All your meals and drinks will be provided (Note that the drinks will be provided also for branded spirits and champagne for the adults)
d) Child friendly menus and milk and cookies before bedtime
e) Daily game drives and conservancy fees covering 1,500 hectares
f) Guided bush walks and visits to the local markets
g) Private Game vehicle for the family
h) Children’s books, games and family activities
i) Wireless internet available throughout in the camp
j) Laundry service (Please note that dry cleaning services are not available)
In addition to the above the Mahali Mzuri tented camp also offers:
a) Guided game drives where you will get to see animals such as wildebeest, elephants, zebra, lions, leopards and cheetah. Get to view aardvarks and honey badgers during night drives which are also available
b) Participate in fun filled family activities that include educational board games, wildlife puzzles, Bush Olympics, creative arts and crafts for the children, play games using game consoles among many others
c) Walking safaris (Please note that children who are below 12 years will not be allowed to participate)
d) Enjoy the outdoor infinity pool where you will also get to enjoy game viewing
e) Get to enjoy a selection of African and international meals which include bush barbeques, gourmet family feasts, sun downers among others.
