You will need two kgs of skinned chopped chicken, three cups of water, white pepper, salt, onion, vegetable oil, tomatoes, garam masala, coriander, black pepper, nutmeg, turmeric, ginger, cayenne pepper, cumin and garlic cloves.

In a bowl, place the chopped chicken pieces. Rub salt, pepper and garlic into them, then transfer them into an oven and bake at 350F. Remove when golden brown. In a pot, fry onions until brown. Add the tomatoes, spices and water and cook until thick.

To this paste, add the chicken pieces and simmer for about twenty minutes. Serve while hot, with rice or chapati.
