The White Sands Of Watamu

Watamu is a small town on the East African coast of Kenya, with Mombasa to the South and Malindi to the North. Watamu lends its name to The Watamu Marine National Park.  The park contains the protected Watamy Bay, Garoda Beach, Turtle Bay, Blue Lagoon Bay, Ocean Breeze, Kanani Reef and Jacaranda Beach.

If you are a fan of snorkeling, Watamu Marine Park holds East Africa’s best spots for snorkeling and diving. The white sands are pristine and the coral reef  holds about 600 species of fish. The accommodations in the vicinity include beach clubs and luxury resorts.
